10/21/21 Spoke with homeowner about fence and deck being installed. Had already left a notice of violation on 10/18/21 of work to be done due to wood being in the yard. Homeowner went to city hall to get permit, but was told the contractor had to apply for permit. Contractor has started process for permits.

12/2/21 Permits have been issued. Will follow up with contractor and home owner to correct the issue.

When you get some time please confirm if owner will fox the fence. It appears that he has completed the fence and will not correct the unfinished sides
