For over five years, street lights along Camp Creek Parkway (extends approximately 1 mile) have never been turned on. The DOT said that it was the responsibility of the City of East Point. And the City of East Point stated that it was no longer in their budget. Citizens are still paying taxes. It seems to be very dangerous. Who can help shed some light on the subject?
