This two block stretch on Dekalb Medical Pkwy between Wellborn rd and Covington hwy is both dangerous and embarrassing. I moved here a feseveral months ago not knowing that the city was not keeping up the streets in cutting the grass, trimming the trees so you can walk on the sidewalk, or keeping the area trash free. Grass is growing on this rather busy street because the grass is not maintained on the adjacent It is an ugly site to drive home to. If you drive further down Dekalb Medical Pkwy is is clean and appealing. We need landscape upkeep and some sort of barrier for fly away cars or a bump in the road to slow them down. This is ashame. They cut maybe three times per year and it is a half-A-- job.
