On January 28, 2024, 2430 Sylvan Road property cut over grown branches and limbs from and around garage which allowed littering of the backyard of 2431 Harwood Drive. The larger branches were removed. As indicated on the attached photo behind the garage, the debris remains on the Harwood Drive property to date.
