The individual who owns this property or their tenants have dug a ditch in the rear of the house and dumped garbage I have tried to get this resolved before but the ticket was closed. Is the city saying it is okay to dig a ditch and residents can dump their garbage in it? It is an eyesore and leads to rodents and other pest problems. It also causes the value of your property to decrease This makes the community I live in look slummy. The garbage is containers trash, household waste etc.,,
