My neighbor at this residents have been asked repeatedly to turn the volume of his music down. I have two young kids. A nine-year-old boy and a six-month-old girl. He turned his loud music up around 10 p.m. everyday. Until he's ready to turn it off. This is not fair. My kids and I are suffering. We cannot sleep. I already complained at the rent office numerous times. I also have a police report. Stating that the officer heard the lot music. This is undoubtedly affecting our lives. My baby is crying continuously because she can't get any rest. My son is always tired because he can't get any rest. This is impacting my health. As a mother I'm stressed. What can I do? I feel hopeless. I need a voice. I need someone to help me. It feels like I'm in prison in my own home. This is neighbor harassment as well. Many nights I have to go to family members just to get some sleep. I Cry Sometimes because it's overwhelming. I'm in need please help me.
